President Salva Kiir Mayardit on Monday night sacked the undersecretary in the National Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and announced a replacement.
In a decree reads on the state broadcaster, South Sudan Broadcasting Cooperation (SSBC), Kiir fired Emmanuel Ladu Parmenas Lupai and replaced him with Peter Mahal Dhieu Akat as undersecretary in the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
