The 2am incident occurred at Purongo Town Council in Nwoya district, on the Pakwach-Olwiyo-Karuma highway.
According to the Monitor, the bus was transporting about 67 passengers from Arua to Kampala, while the lorry was destined for the Democratic Republic of Congo. Citizen
