Azimio leader Raila Odinga will today make a visit to Spectre company in the Industrial Area.

The gas cylinder manufacturing company is linked to the opposition chief and is one of the largest in the region.

Suspected goons on Monday destroyed property and smashed the building's windows panes.

Intruders who were captured on camera were seen throwing stones at the offices before fleeing.

It happened at the same time an invasion was reported at Northlands farm owned by the Kenyatta family in Ruiru.

Raila is expected to address the press thereafter.

The management of the company is yet to give an estimate of losses as a result.

A total of Sh70 million is said to have been lost at Northlands after the goons stole 1,400 sheep and cut down trees.

Raila who was flanked by Wiper's Kalonzo Musyoka and Martha Karua (Narc-K) among others toured the farm on Tuesday.

"This is not something that has happened by accident, it was planned a long time ago," he told the press.

In his earlier address at Kibera, Raila condemned it as an act of cowardice.

"Wale wanakwenda kuvamia shamba za wengine na viwanda, wale ni waoga (Those invading other people's lands and companies. Those are cowards)," he said.

Raila also denied having any talks with retired President Uhuru Kenyatta in relation to the matter when asked by journalists.

"I have not spoken to Uhuru. We are standing with the owner because he is Kenyan." By Felix Kipkemoi, The Star
