African leaders are set to meet with their European counterparts this week in Belgium where the 6th European Union-African Union Summit will take place.
The summit will take place in Brussels from February 17th to February 18th 2022. The leaders will discuss joint priorities and Common futures.
The talks will enhance AU-EU partnerships focused on political involvement based on trust and clear understanding of mutual interests.
It’s expected that during the 2022 summit an ambitious Africa-Europe investment package will be launched. The participants will also adopt a joint declaration on a joint vision for 2030.
